What Blades Can I Send?
We service most common bandsaw sawmill blades. If you’re unsure about your blade brand, length, or type, contact us before shipping.
Before You Pack Your Blades
Take a few minutes to inspect each blade before shipping. If a blade is seriously damaged, it may not be a good candidate for sharpening.

Clean Your Blades
Remove as much loose dirt, rust, pitch, and buildup as you reasonably can before packing. This helps protect the shipping box, makes the blade easier to inspect, and speeds up the sharpening process.

Coil and Secure the Blades
Most sawmill blades can be folded into three loops for shipping. Secure each coiled blade with zip ties, strong rubber bands, or sturdy twist ties.
Do not wrap a sticky tape directly around the blade.

Pack the Blades Securely
Use a sturdy corrugated box that fits the coiled blades snugly. If several blades are stacked together, place cardboard between them to reduce rubbing during transit.

- Foam
- Crumpled packing paper
Avoid:
- Flimsy Boxes
- Loose blades moving around
- Packing material that tears easily
