Sawmill blade sharpening prices are simple and straightforward, with professional sharpening and setting included so you can keep cutting.

Every blade is inspected, professionally sharpened, and set for proper tooth alignment
before it leaves our shop. Our goal is to give you a clean, consistent cutting edge
so you get a better performance and longer blade life.

Yes. Sharpening and setting are included in one price. Every blade is inspected, professionally sharpened, and set before it leaves our shop.

If you aren’t sure of the tooth count, that’s okay. We’ll determine the tooth count when we inspect your blades. Standard blades with 199 teeth or fewer are $10 per blade, and blades with 200 teeth or more are $12 per blade.

Yes. We have a 5 blade I=minimum for blades with the same TPI (teeth per inch).

Yes. Carbide tipped blades require additional time and special handling. Pricing starts at a $30 minimum per blade and may vary depending on the blade type and condition. Contact us if you’d like to discuss your carbide blades before sending them.

Blades with heavy rust, excessive sap, or buildup may require additional cleaning and an extra fee. If we find damage that need attention, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Absolutely. We accept blades shipped from anywhere in the U.S. Our shipping page includes packing instructions and a UPS Ground quote calculator using our discounted rate. Once your blades are packed and weighed, you can contact us and we’ll email you a prepaid UPS label.
