Sawmill Blade Shipping Checklist
Use this checklist before shipping your sawmill blades to Cutting Edge Sawmill. A little preparation helps protect the blades in transit, keeps the package easier to handle, and helps us get started on your sharpening and setting service faster.
Before You Pack
Make sure each blade is safely coiled and secured before placing it in the box. Wear gloves while handling blades, protect the teeth from rubbing against other blades or the box, and avoid sending loose blades that can spring open during shipping.

Avoid These Shipping Mistakes
Loose Blades
Don’t place unsecured coils in the box where they can spring open.
Oversized Boxes
Too much empty space allows blades to move and can increase shipping costs.
Poorly Protected Teeth
Blade teeth rubbing together or against the box can cause unnecessary damage.
