Our Equipment
We use dependable, modern equipment to sharpen and set bandsaw sawmill blades the right way. Our sharpening and setting machines allows us to dial in accurate tooth profiles and consistent settings on every blade. That means cleaner cuts, less wear on your mill, and longer blade life.
Each blade is run through our equipment with care, not rushed through. We take the time to inspect blades as they come in and make adjustments as needed so they’re sharpened and set to perform the way they should when they go back out the door. Good equipment matters—but knowing how to use it properly matters just as much.
Our BMT300 blade setter adjusts each tooth to the proper set so the blade clears sawdust and runs true through the cut. Accurate, even setting helps reduce wear on your mill and improves overall cutting performance.
We use a BMS500 blade sharpener to restore the tooth profile on each bandsaw blade. This machine keeps the grind consistent from tooth to tooth, helping blades cut cleaner, track better, and last longer.
